A period family house dating from 1600s with many original features.

Downstairs

Kitchen with fridge-freezer,  microwave, Rangemaster gas range cooker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, large pine farmhouse table and chairs, exposed beams.

Utility room with washer-dryer and boot/coat drying area.

Lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs, 40in Freeview TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, flame-effect gas fire.

Snug with comfy sofa and armchairs. Exposed beams. Log burner in original granite fireplace. Initial supply of logs.

Tiled hall and stairs with exposed original granite wall.

Upstairs

Landing with chaise longue and study area.

Bedroom – 5ft double bed, en-suite bathroom with W.C. washbasin and shower.

Bedroom – double bed , en-suite bathroom with W.C, washbasin and shower with eco rainshowerhead.

Bedroom – 2 x 3ft single beds (zip – link so can be 1 x 6ft bed on request)

Bathroom – bath with shower over, washbasin and W.C

Outside

Large garden with gravel paths, lawn, flower beds, water pump and pond. Garden seating. BBQ.

Free WiFi, hairdryers, iron, ironing board, cot, stair gate, and high chair
