- Prices shown are per cottage, based on a 7 night stay and are inclusive of electricity, gas, heating, linens and towels.
- Short breaks and flexible changeover days are available all year round including Christmas and New Year but excluding the peak summer season when changeover days are Friday for Tregathenan House and Saturday for The Granary, The Long Barn and the Hayloft.
- Up to 3 nights: weekly rate x 65%
- 4 nights: weekly rate x 75%
- 5 nights: weekly rate x 85%

- Travel cot, high chair, stair gates available FOC
- Book TWO or more consecutive weeks and take 10% off the price of the second and subsequent weeks.
- NO BOOKING FEES (when booking direct with us).
- Pets welcome by arrangement in the Granary, Long Barn and Hayloft except July and August. (£30 per pet per week).
- Dogs go free January, February, March and April
- EV Charging £50/week or part thereof
- For group bookings a security deposit of £200 is payable at time of booking.
- Payment accepted by debit or credit card, or bank transfer.
- Non-refundable deposit of 25% payable on booking; balance due 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
Cancellation and Refunds
Should we have to cancel your holiday for any reason, we will refund a maximum of all the charges paid, or transfer these monies to a new holiday in any of the properties at Tregathenan, within a 12 month period, at your choice, subject to availability and subject to any variation in price.
No refunds of any charges will be given should you cancel your holiday for any reason unless we are able to re-let the property. Guests are strongly recommended to take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover this.
If we are able to re-let the property, we will refund all the charges you have paid, less £100 to cover administration, re-marketing and labour costs.
